VIDEO: Ycee Ft. Reekado Banks – Link Up

Kicking off 2017, Tinny Entertainment rapper YCEE has just released the official video to his latest hit single ‘Link Up’ which features Reekado Banks of Mavin Records.

The upbeat track which is currently rising on radio charts and on the streets is off Ycee’s yet to be released E.P ‘The First Wave’. The song rides on Ycee’s unmistakable style which is laced effortlessly with Reekado’s smooth vocals.

Set in Lagos, the video was directed by Mex Films. ‘Link Up’ is the first release under Tinny Entertainment’s brand new deal with Sony.

VIDEO: Phyno – Abulo

The Playmaker, Phyno, has released the official video to the 2nd track – Abulo off his latest album.

The uber-talented rapper gives you a feel of his street-side in the video for Abulo that was shot by video director extra-ordinare Clarence Peters.

Shot completely in gray tones with flashes of colour reminiscent of ‘Alobam’.

This Igbo raphead still delivers when its necessary to do so.

Phyno will be “Shutting Down the Cathedral” come the 20th of November in Enugu, so enjoy this video even as you anticipate “Phyno Fest”.

MUSIC: KiD X – Laundry Day Fresh

Kid X is back with a new banger After he recently released Thankx few days back, which  he titled this new cut ‘Laundry Day Fresh’.

He has been in the game for 4 years now and he has been with Cashtime Life the whole time. The rapper has decided to part ways with the label and start his own label called 88 King.
This is KiD X’s second single as an independent artist and the second track he has released this week. “Laundry Day Fresh” sounds like X left a piece of his soul on this record, the House influenced beat and the way homie just flows on it is just fresh.

The sound is very interesting, it’s definitely not what we were hearing when he was at Cashtime and this has me curious to hear what the album is going to sound like. KiD X says the album will be dropping this year.

At first you will think he is into House Music But The 88King Swtiched it all up. If you listen to this track and you will see the new side of Kid x.
